Subject: EGRPRA Burden Reduction

Banks continue to reduce their commitments to the urban area's. The current wave of bank mergers are effecting community development organizations in a negative way, decision makers are in distant location and have no ties to the urban areas. We still do not have sufficient banking with-in the community neighborhoods. Education to the urban consumer is almost non existent.

Banks need to increase their community commitment in a meaningful endeavor to help improve our impoverished inner cities.
