Comment :  I firmly believe that laws governing money laundering, and securities should be significantly relaxed. Offenders should have to contribute to the community from which they took, not be supported by it. The waste is excessive, and the punishment rarely fits the crime. These non-violent offenders should not be incarcerated for lengthy times, but forced to contribute thier time and talents to enrich the world around them. Thank you
